We make accident cases easier for you, by doing the following things with client consent:
- We pay your bill before your patient receives any money.
- We promptly sign your Assignment and Authorization and return it to you.
- We send you your PIP and Med-Pay money.
- Many attorneys send your PIP and Med-Pay money to the patient instead of you, even when the insurance company specifies that the money is for your bill! This does not seem fair. It is your money, and it should be sent to you.
- We send you written status reports several times during each case. This saves you the time and expense of having to call to find out the case status and gives you peace of mind of knowing that your bill has not been forgotten.
- Do you know any other law firm that does this for you?
- It is your money. Stay informed.
- You should not be ordered to reduce your bill at the end of the case.
- We let you know at the beginning of a case whether a recovery is likely or not. If you rely on an Assignment and Authorization from a lawyer, who ends up dropping the case 6 months later, you can get stuck with no one to pay your bill. This is not fair. You want to know at the beginning if it is a bad case
- You and your patient have our home phone numbers so that we can always be reached. There is direct accountability. (Mr. Blaylock's home phone is (301) 652-7661 & Mr. Bleecker's home phone is (301) 229-6336).
- We will not disburse settlement money to your patient until your bill has been paid, in accordance with the Assignment and Authorization
